LEED Certification

LEED Certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a globally recognized rating system developed by the US Green Building Council (USGBC). LEED is applied to projects such as office buildings, residential buildings, or neighborhood developments. For certification, relevant documentation is provided, such as analyses of energy efficiency, infrastructure, or resource utilization. Digital platforms like LEED Online and ARC aid in data collection and provide efficient tools for portfolio evaluation.

The certification process is managed by the Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), in collaboration with property owners, consultants, and planners. Professionals such as LEED APs (Accredited Professionals) ensure precise coordination and smooth implementation of requirements. Group and portfolio certifications further simplify the procedure, promoting the widespread adoption of sustainable building practices.
