PropTech

PropTech (Property Technology) refers to the technologies and platforms used for the digital optimization of real estate processes, including building management, energy efficiency, and space control. It enables precise data analysis, IoT technologies, and automation functionalities to simplify building operations while conserving resources.

PropTech is built on a combination of IoT sensors, platform solutions, and data analytics tools. For example, IoT devices collect data on energy usage, space occupancy, or environmental parameters like temperature and humidity. This data is gathered in real-time through mesh networks and gateways, then processed on centralized platforms. Such systems automate recurring tasks, such as demand-based control of lighting and heating, making operations more efficient and reducing energy consumption.
